We are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2024, Colleen Rosensteel, CPA, MBA, has become a shareholder of our firm and, at the same time, announce that we are changing our name to Balsamo, Lutters, Renna and Rosensteel, P.A.
Colleen specializes in the areas of estate and trust taxation and also has significant experience with the taxation of high income and wealth individuals. The firm, and our clients, are very fortunate to share her expertise. We are both proud and excited to have Colleen become a shareholder in Balsamo, Lutters, Renna and Rosensteel, P.A.
In 2021, Elizabeth Renna, CPA also became a shareholder in the firm. With these and other changes in our ownership, we have decided to change our firm name to Balsamo, Lutters, Renna & Rosensteel, P.A. (BLRR).
Over the course of the next few months, you will see changes in our website, logo, signage, and stationery.
The firm’s goal will continue to be to provide knowledgeable and timely services to our clients.
We are extremely pleased that all of our other staff, who have worked for us since we began the firm sixteen years ago, will also continue to serve you.
